I like the rooms, complimentary activities and great service !

It’s quite far from the ferry terminal, but really appreciate the wifi service and comfortable transfer

The villas are big and spacious.

The.food was abit pricey. Dont have bicycle for younger kids to ride with their parents.

We enjoyed the sprawling estate, cycling around with bicycles provided by the resort. Kids club activities were fun. Food in the restaurants was good. Pool side bar was fun with live music. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was neat and clean, although on our first day, the bedroom felt a bit sandy.

Unfortunately the distance from the ferry terminal was a little long (1 hour shuttle bus). This of course can’t be changed, so it is more a matter of guests being mentally prepared for the extra journey. The ride can be quite bumpy as well.

Staff was friendly and helpful, pool was lovely, food at the restaurants and bars were great, even had a play room with board games and table tennis for indoor play if you prefer. Also had kids activities and playgrounds for children, which was great.

Beach area was not that big and some parts really stony, location of resort is far from anywhere else but gd if you intend to stay there and not visit anywhere else, as highlighted by the resort and other visitors, takes abt 1 hour to 75mins.to reach the resort from ferry terminal.

The hospitality here were outstanding, from buggy drivers to caretakers of the earth farm. We loved the cleanliness, comfort and amenities in our room and they left local delicacies in our room after dinner one night. We enjoyed our massages at the spa. We did lots of water sports; sailing, jet skiing, banana boating & standup paddling during the day and in the evenings, we enjoyed a drink at the pool bar before dinner and listening to the live music with beautiful singing accompanied by musical instruments. Dinner here was delicious and so was breakfast; especially with the various breakfast station that made noodles, eggs to tea/coffee preparation. What was a little different was the nature fam they offered here, they kept rabbits, chickens, geese & fish and offered guests the opportunity to feed and see the animals, perfect for the younger children. Mr Heru was so great with the kids and explained things to us. We were really impressed by him. This was a fantastic stay for all of us.

There’s really nothing I could complain about.

The bathroom was huge and modern with a bathtub. The bed was extra large and could accommodate two adults and one kid comfortably. I also love the fact there is transport from the ferry terminal to the hotel, and they also provide drinking water, cookie and wifi along the 1h+ journey.

A TV in the living room area would be great.

Suggest to have (1) bicycles with kid seats or kiddy bicycles (2) floats or toys for children in the pool.

Everything. Couldn't be better

We are a family with 2 young kids. We stayed in the resort for 3 nights for a weekend getaway. At first we were worry about getting bored, but later we realise that’s totally not an issue. The kids club has many activities which kids like a lot. We also spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a peaceful time and good rest, I highly recommend this resort. Only short point is - the location. It’s quite far from the ferry terminal. But there is free shuttle pickup service provided by the resort.

Let me start with the check-in process, it was a breeze. The staff was well prepared and gave us our rooms in a jiffy (took a note of our request of early check-in as we had an infant with us). The rooms; clean, sanitized and spic & span. Since we were travelling with a baby, they provided us with a baby cot, bottle sterilizer, bathtub and toiletries. This attention to detail took us by surprise and we were highly impressed by their thoughtfulness. Kudos to the housekeeping/kids creche team! Now let me come to the most important part of the holiday - FOOD! I have to say this resort has a team of finest of chefs who have wide range of culinary experience (western/continental to Asian). We enjoyed almost all the dishes on their menu (they provide in room dining service which is as good as eating at the restaurant as they set up your villa table in the same way). Pro tip - Opt for in villa dining if you want to be near your infant/kids when they are asleep and enjoy your meal without any worry. The resort had a direct access to the beach and the maintenance staff were working tirelessly to keep the beach clean (no sea weeds!) so that the guests can pop by at any time of the day. Now for the swim time - the pool was overlooking the beach; the water was very clean and temperature was apt. They have a pool bar which has live music in the evening (enjoyed the view with our favourite drink!). After a good 3 days of relaxation it was time for checkout, the staff was curious to know about the stay and welcomed every feedback with a smile. Kudos to the entire team (Rajeev Paul and team) for making our stay memorable!! P.S. One thing which makes this resort stand out from other resorts which we have been is that every staff of the resort always had a genuine smile while serving and greeted each time the guest passed by them. Be it staff of maintenance, housekeeping, reception, dinning, spa, creche, ops team, buggy drivers (hope I haven't missed out any).

Everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is really beautiful. The room is very spacious and always clean (room service several times per day). The staff couldn't be kinder. All services offered are of top quality. The food of both restaurants and the pool bar is really good. Breakfast has a really large choice and everything is fresh and yummy.

The personnel was excellent! Very accommodating and very friendly - have not had received better service anywhere else As an honorary mention, the gardener was very sweet to show us around the gardening area

The staff - friendly and helpful. Room - over all good. Comfy bed. Enough seating area. Bath is superb.

Beautifully kept hotel, a bit remote clearly, but the free hotel transfer makes up for it. Stayed in one of the large beach villas with private pool. What can I say, impressive. Of course comes with respective price, but for sure worth it. Great breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. Great to have Boccia and table tennis.

Food and drinks in the restaurants quite expensive, but we knew that before our visit.

This place is idyllic. The accommodation far exceeded my expectations. The resort Is expensive, but the food is cooked to perfection and nothing is too much trouble. The Indonesian people we met are a credit to their country. I would not hesitate to go back there.

The wine, like Singapore, is vastly over priced.

What a place - truly amazing after the bus journey from the ferry. Beach was just what you expect in Asia - loved the sea swing nice touch. Need to work on the pool view from the restaurant as this looked poorly designed. After 19 years living in Singapore with regular trips to Bintan this place and setting seemed we were on a different island. Would suggest they review the cost of the wine as this was the negative point to our trip. Highly recommended

Love the space of the room, especially the balcony, very nice view. Spent most of our time there. Our room was perfect. Not too close the main reception, not too far for us to walk over. All the staffs are friendly, smile and greets as you walk by, a real smile, not the fake ones you get sometimes. Hahaha. Love how they pay attention to every details, from reception - personal attention, room service - how they set up the table for a meal, housekeeping - surprised my girl with towel art, friend for her plushy. Hahaha.

We were a bit surprised that we were charged for water in the restaurants, except the pool bar. Gym space too small. They have the basic equipments, too close to each other.

Bicycles are readily available and cycling to the various parts of the resort was memorable. Loved the dining experience at the lawn with music from the live band.
