A great relaxing getaway
The staff were truly the strength of the property. They were so accommodating throughout our stay and we loved it.
The location of the resort was far away from the main town. If you’re looking for a place to chill far away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is a place to go to!

What was the highlight of The Residence Bintan
Fantastic stay and caters to all ages.
The hospitality here were outstanding, from buggy drivers to caretakers of the earth farm. We loved the cleanliness, comfort and amenities in our room and they left local delicacies in our room after dinner one night. We enjoyed our massages at the spa. We did lots of water sports; sailing, jet skiing, banana boating & standup paddling during the day and in the evenings, we enjoyed a drink at the pool bar before dinner and listening to the live music with beautiful singing accompanied by musical instruments. Dinner here was delicious and so was breakfast; especially with the various breakfast station that made noodles, eggs to tea/coffee preparation. What was a little different was the nature fam they offered here, they kept rabbits, chickens, geese & fish and offered guests the opportunity to feed and see the animals, perfect for the younger children. Mr Heru was so great with the kids and explained things to us. We were really impressed by him. This was a fantastic stay for all of us.
There’s really nothing I could complain about.
